1. What is your return policy?
We offer a 7-day no-reason return policy for customers who change their mind.
To qualify, the eBike must be unused, in brand-new condition, and returned with all original packaging and accessories.
Used or damaged bikes may not be accepted or may incur a restocking fee.
2. What if my eBike arrives damaged or defective?
If your eBike arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours with photos or video.
We will send free replacement parts or a new unit depending on the issue.
3. Do you offer warranty?
Yes. All our eBikes include a 1-year limited warranty covering the motor, controller, display, battery, and other major electrical components.
Wear-and-tear items such as brake pads, tires, and cosmetic damage are not covered.
4. How do I request a warranty claim?
Simply email us with your order number, detailed description, and photos/videos of the issue.
If the issue is covered, we will send replacement parts free of charge.
5. How long does shipping take?
All orders ship from our U.S. warehouse.
